Designed multiple iterations of puzzles to appeal to a 3-year-old's interests in marching bands and encourage him to practice counting. Project in the Beyond Bits and Atoms course at Stanford.
East Palo Alto Phoenix Academy Workshops
Developed and facilitated hands-on activities in an interdisciplinary team to create opportunities for middle school students in East Palo Alto to explore food issues and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) topics. Project in the Educating Young STEM Thinkers course at Stanford.
Blue Habits Project with Oceanic Society
Team project with a community partner in the Theory and Practice of Environmental Education, a Haas Public Service Center certified service-learning course. Explored how to increase engagement, learning, and marine conservation behaviors through whale watching.
